Posted on 17 December 2017 by admin (0)

There is not a unique way to plan a trip. Nevertheless, no matter how you deal with the middle steps, the first thing you need to do to start planning your trip, will always be to know where you’re going.

If you’re reading this article, Latin America has your attention. It’s easy to get excited just by thinking about the many places, cultures, landscapes and unforgettable experiences that you will find in the second largest continent of the world. But, where should you begin? Which places are the best to visit? What should you know?  Don’t worry, all of those questions and others are about to be answered.

First of all, you’ve got to think about the kind of trip you want. Latin America gathers an incredible amount of places and routes for each sort of trip. From adventure, eco-tourism, cultural tourism, to places where you can just take a break from work.

Relax in the Caribbean

If you want to have a good time in some of the Latin-American beaches, the best idea is to start by heading to Rio. Feel the glee that Brazilian carnivals and their people have to offer!

If you don’t like noisy areas and lots of people around you, in Venezuela you can gaze the Caribbean Sea in the Morrocoy National Park.

Your trip can now continue to the most beautiful beaches of Colombia, these can be found in Barranquilla and Cartagena. As you dive into Central America, you will find the natural wonders of the San Blas Islands in Panama and the Manuel Antonio National Park in Costa Rica.

The best place to end a journey like this would be in Cancun, one of the most iconic tourism centers in Mexico and the entire world.

Seek for Adventure and Nature

There’s an incredible volume of natural landmarks that can be found in Latin America. As a first example, Torres del Paine in Patagonia, you will love the adventure and the views, and of course, your hiking will get to a whole new level. Also, we have the Huascaran National Park in Peru, where you can gaze the landscapes of the Andean mountains. We have Bolivia, a place to be amazed by the lakes and the world famous Uyuní Salt Flat. Then it comes Ecuador which has the Galápagos Islands. The Semuc Champey in Guatemala and the Santa Ana Volcano in El Salvador.

Amazing natural monuments that you will find only in this beautiful and rich continent.

Enlight yourself with the culture
Latin America is the synonym for cultural richness. A great place to start this trip would be Cusco, Peru, where you can learn about Incan Empire and the Spanish Conquest. Later on, you can visit the ruins of the Mayan civilization that once stood in the Yucatan peninsula and finish in Mexico DF to learn about the great Aztec Empire and its fall.

There are some things you’ve got to keep in mind when visiting Latin-America:

  • Get au fait with the most common Spanish phrases to get you through the day.
  • Don’t look for luxurious lodging in large cities. The best of Latin America can be found in the remotest of villages and their posadas.
  • Get advised with your travel agency to ease the tickets acquirement and transport.

You already know where to go, now let the Latin-American prodigies amaze you.
